James Knappett is chef patron and co-founder of two Michelin starred restaurant ' Kitchen Table' in Fitzrovia, London. Born in Soham, Cambridgeshire, James has lead the fore in likes of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, The Berkeley, The Ledbury and the world famous Noma in Copenhagen.

Nieves grew up in Bilbao, Spain learning from an early age about the regions produce and cuisine. She moved to London in 1998, starting in the kitchen at Simply Nico, before joining the Harts Restaurant Group in 2003. In 2007 Nieves became the group’s Executive Chef ahead of the launch of the first Barrafina restaurant on London’s Frith Street. As Executive Chef of Barrafina for ten years, Nieves oversaw the launch of two further Barrafina restaurants. which in 2014 was awarded a Michelin Star. In 2018, Nieves was awarded her own Michelin Star for Sabor. What a rockstar. We can't wait to welcome her to YOXMAN.

Frenchman Claude Bosi is one of the UK’s most recognisable chefs and is renowned for having won two Michelin stars an incredible three times with different restaurants.Growing up in Lyon, Bosi completed his apprenticeship at two Michelin-starred restaurant Leon de Lyon and went on to work in some of France’s prestigious kitchens. He now oversees two restaurants at the iconic Michelin building in Chelsea, which currently holds two Michelin stars.
