Raymond Blanc is acknowledged as one of the finest chefs in the world. Completely self-taught, his influence on gastronomy has been so great that he is the only chef to have been honoured with both an OBE from Britain and the equivalent of a knighthood from France. His restaurant Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons holds two Michelin Stars and is a place where gastronomy, gardens and culture come alive in stunning surroundings.
His culinary journey began under legends of the gastronomy including the likes of Alain Ducasse and Helene Darroze where he was instrumental in procuring multiple stars. Alex's first standalone restaurant opened at Hotel Cafe Royal in September 2022 and shortly after received two Michelin stars.
Tom Aikens is one of the UK’s most acclaimed and inspirational British chefs. His remarkable career has taken him to David Cavalier’s in Battersea, Pierre Koffman’s La Tante Claire, Pied-à-Terre and Joel Robuchon in Paris to name a few. At 26, Tom became the youngest British chef ever to be awarded two Michelin stars. Raised in Norfolk with a respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients, Tom works tirelessly to use the finest local and sustainable produce.
